Booking/cancellation policy:

We all willing to avoid cancellation fees if we are still able to sell the canceled rooms to other guests. In that case you’ll receive a voucher to use within the year. In order to fix the reservation, we kindly ask a down payment of 30% of the booked amount via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation and the following conditions will be applied (excluded if there were clearly stipulated different conditions via e-mail):

For cancellations made up to 14 days before the date of arrival no additional fee will be charged.

For cancellations within 13 to 8 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.

For cancellations within 7 to 3 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.

For cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the amount paid for the missing days.
