Tourist tax (€ 2,50 per person and night) is not included in the price. Being with us means you’ll get the Südtirols Süden Card free of charge!

All prices are in Euro, per day and apartment, including bed linen, hand towels, electricity, heating, water, and the all-included services (see below).

Price discount for long-term stays:

• 5% price discount for stays of more than 14 days (except July, August, September).

Surcharges / extras:

• The final cleaning € 120,0
• Dogs are allowed only if agreed upon in advance (daily fee: € 12,5 – does not include dog food)
• Breakfast in the BIO-Hotel Kaufmann***
• Surcharge for breakfast: Adults € 16,0 children € 10,0 (up to 11,99 years of age)
• We charge € 15.00 per day for each additional person in the apartment (7th and 8th person)
• We charge € 10.00 per day for the rental of a baby’s bed
• A parking space in the garage costs € 11,5 per night
